De var s\u00e5 sm\u00e5 att de inte skulle g\u00e5 att s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 mitt vanliga halster och halstra firrarna p\u00e5 grillen. D\u00e5 fick jag tanken att de skulle g\u00e5 att rosta dem i ugnen under grillen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salta din str\u00f6mming l\u00e4tt och l\u00e5t den vila i kylen 1-2 dygn<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader, grill.<\/li>\n<li>Ta fram str\u00f6mmingen och massera in den med en liten skv\u00e4tt smakl\u00f6s olja (detta f\u00f6r att fisken inte ska fastna i ugnsgallret).<\/li>\n<li>Placera ut fiskarna p\u00e5 ett finmaskigt galler s\u00e5 att de inte tar i varandra.<\/li>\n<li>Placera lite ugnsfolie i botten p\u00e5 ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r ugnen \u00e4r varm s\u00e4tter du in str\u00f6mmingarna, n\u00e4stan h\u00f6gst upp. Jag anv\u00e4nde den n\u00e4st \u00f6versta m\u00f6jliga placeringen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t fiskarna vara inne i ugnen till det \u00e4r helt torra, kolla att str\u00f6mmingarna f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg. Folien ska du ha f\u00f6r att f\u00e5nga upp den v\u00e4tska om fisken sl\u00e4pper ifr\u00e5n sig. Du kanske inte har lust att st\u00e4da ugnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Str\u00f6mmingarna blir ganska knapriga i kanterna och fungerar utm\u00e4rkt som tilltugg till kv\u00e4llsfilmen.
