Det \u00e4r faktiskt r\u00e4tt obegripligt hur det fick till en s\u00e5 motbjudande leverbiff.<\/p>\n<p>Jag v\u00e4ljer alltid att mala min k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs* sj\u00e4lv d\u00e5 jag vill ha en mer grovmalen f\u00e4rs \u00e4n vad butikerna erbjuder. Till dessa leverbiffar valde jag den gr\u00f6vsta skivan p\u00e5 k\u00f6ttkvarnen till lammk\u00f6ttet och en finare skiva till levern. Jag stekte dom i en blandning av lite rapsolja och sm\u00f6r. Salt och peppar tillsatte jag under stekningen. Du kan naturligtvis tillf\u00f6ra salt och peppar i f\u00e4rsen om du f\u00f6redrar det. Jag serverade leverbiffen som en hamburgare. Annars r\u00e4cker en s\u00e5n h\u00e4r burgare l\u00e5ngt speciellt om den kombineras med ett blad spetsk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>*) Finmald k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs ska det emellertid var till k\u00f6ttbullar en gr\u00f6vre f\u00e4rs ger en lite k\u00f6ttigare karakt\u00e4r p\u00e5 t.ex hamburgare\/pannbiffar.<br \/>\n**) Lingonkr\u00e4m g\u00f6r du genom att k\u00f6ra lingonsylt med mixerstaven, har du egen kokt lingonsylt blir det godare.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bland det \u00e4ckligaste som serverades i min barndoms skolk\u00f6k var leverbiff.
