Jag v\u00e4ljer alltid att mala min k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs* sj\u00e4lv d\u00e5 jag vill ha en mer grovmalen f\u00e4rs \u00e4n vad butikerna erbjuder. Jag stekte njurbiffarna frysta. Jag stekte dom i en blandning av lite rapsolja och sm\u00f6r. Salt och peppar tillsatte jag n\u00e4r de var stekta. Du kan naturligtvis tillf\u00f6ra salt och peppar i f\u00e4rsen om du f\u00f6redrar det. Jag serverade njurbiffen som en hamburgare utan lock. Burgaren byggde jag upp p\u00e5 en ganska h\u00e5rt rostad skiva rostbr\u00f6d.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rostat br\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stenmelin.se\/koket\/?s=bomba+calabrese\">Clilir\u00f6ra<\/a> (Bomba Calabrese)<\/li>\n<li>Njurbiffen toppad med salt och nymald vitpeppar<\/li>\n<li>En skiva tomat<\/li>\n<li>Picklad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e4r du picklar r\u00f6dl\u00f6k kan du anv\u00e4nda dig av en vanlig 1, 2, 3 lag eller som jag numer alltid g\u00f6r 1, 1, 1 dvs 1 del \u00e4ttiksprit, 1 del str\u00f6socker och 1 del vatten. Picklad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k \u00e4r gott som tillbeh\u00f6r till m\u00e5nga k\u00f6ttr\u00e4tter.<\/p>\n<p>Om du \u00e4r mycket hungrig v\u00e4rmer du pommes frites i ugnen medan du g\u00f6r i ordning burgarna. Annars r\u00e4cker en s\u00e5n h\u00e4r burgare l\u00e5ngt speciellt om den kombineras med ett blad spetsk\u00e5l.<br \/>\nDu kan naturligtvis servera njurbiffarna med kokt potatis och l\u00f6ks\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<p>*) Finmald k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs ska det emellertid var till k\u00f6ttbullar en gr\u00f6vre f\u00e4rs ger en lite k\u00f6ttigare karakt\u00e4r p\u00e5 t.ex hamburgare\/pannbiffar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vi \u00e4r vana att \u00e4ta leverbiffar sedan l\u00e4nge men att blanda mald njure i k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen \u00e4r ovanligare.
