Till en burgare anv\u00e4nde jag:<\/p>\n<p>1 vildsvinsburgare p\u00e5 140 gr (jag anv\u00e4nde en tinad burgare)<br \/>\n2 korta skivor r\u00f6kt pancetta (du kan anv\u00e4nda bacon halvera en skiva)<br \/>\nca 2 tsk senap (jag anv\u00e4nde 1 tsk vanlig senap, 1 tsk dijonsenap)<br \/>\nca 2 tsk ketchup med chili<br \/>\nskivad r\u00f6d l\u00f6k<br \/>\nskivad tomat<br \/>\nn\u00e5gra krispiga salladsblad<br \/>\nHamburgerbr\u00f6d<br \/>\nSalt och nymald peppar<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>b\u00f6rja med att skiva r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken, tomaten, skiva pancettan (baconet). Ta fram senapen, ketchupen och salladsbladen. Rosta burgarbr\u00f6det.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm stekpannan p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme och l\u00e4gg i en klick sm\u00f6r och n\u00e4r det tystnat g\u00e5r burgaren och pancettan i pannan. Stek p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidorna till du f\u00e5r \u00f6nskad f\u00e4rg, pancettan blir f\u00e4rdig f\u00f6rst. Krydda burgaren med salt och peppar p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidorna.<\/li>\n<li>Medan burgaren steker bred senapen p\u00e5 undre br\u00f6dskivan och ketchupen p\u00e5 den \u00f6vre halvan.<\/li>\n<li>Montera sedan burgaren enligt f\u00f6ljande: l\u00e4gg pancettan p\u00e5 senapen och sedan salladsbladen, d\u00e4refter l\u00e4gger du den stekta burgaren f\u00f6ljt av den skivade l\u00f6ken och tomaterna. Toppa med den \u00f6vre br\u00f6dhalvan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Du \u00e4ter b\u00e4st denna burgare med kniv och gaffel d\u00e5 ditt gap f\u00f6rmodligen inta har den h\u00f6jd som kr\u00e4vs. Till denna burgare passar alkoholfri \u00f6l utm\u00e4rkt eller kolsyrat vatten.
