Jag anv\u00e4nde r\u00f6dgul trumpetsvamp men trattkantareller, sm\u00f6rsopp, karljohansvamp eller champinjoner fr\u00e5n butiken g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra.<\/p>\n<p>detta recept ger 2 portioner som huvudr\u00e4tt eller 4 portioner som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>2,5 dl risottoris (jag anv\u00e4nde Arborioris)<br \/>\n1 liten gul l\u00f6k<br \/>\nen stor n\u00e4ve r\u00f6dgul trumpetsvamp eller motsvarande m\u00e4ngd torkade<br \/>\n1 dryg dl riven parmesanost<br \/>\n1 svampuljongt\u00e4rning l\u00f6st i 7,5 dl vatten (VIKTIGT: g\u00f6r inte buljongen f\u00f6r kraftig)<br \/>\n1 dl vitt vin<br \/>\nOlivolja<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>G\u00f6r alla f\u00f6rberedelser:\u00a0 om det \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt bryt s\u00f6nder svampen, finriv parmesanosten, hacka l\u00f6ken fint, v\u00e4rm buljongen, m\u00e4t upp riset<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp olivoljan och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken utan att den f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg. N\u00e4r l\u00f6ken \u00e4r genomskinlig tills\u00e4tter du svampen tillsammans med riset. Om du anv\u00e4nder torkad svamp l\u00e4gger du i den tillsammans med vinet. Du beh\u00f6ver inte bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gga den torkade svampen.<\/li>\n<li>Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 det vita vinet och l\u00e5t det koka in helt utan att det fastnar i botten.<\/li>\n<li>Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 1-1,5 dl svampbuljong och l\u00e5t det koka in, fyll p\u00e5 med mer buljong och l\u00e5t det koka in osv. Det tar ca 16 &#8211; 18 minuter att koka riket. Gl\u00f6m inte att r\u00f6ra i riset d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. N\u00e4r riset kommit till r\u00e4tt &#8221;tuggighet&#8221; r\u00f6r du ner den rivna parmesanosten.
