Denna smet \u00e4r den frasigaste jag provat till och med b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n den japanska tempuramixen. Jag har friterat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stenmelin.se\/koket\/2011\/07\/friterade-squashblommor-en-underbar-liten-forratt-for-den-som-har-tillgang-till-blommorna\/\">squashblommor<\/a> och salviablad det blev fantastiskt gott. En kall pilsner g\u00f6r susen till detta.<\/p>\n<p>1 dl bovetemj\u00f6l (finmalet)<br \/>\n1 dl maizenamj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 tsk salt<br \/>\n2,5 &#8211; 3 dl kolsyrat vatten<\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla torra ingredienser och r\u00f6r till slut ner det kolsyrade vattnet. Den sista halv decilitern vatten kan du v\u00e4nta med n\u00e4r du ser hur tjock smeten \u00e4r med 2,5 dl vatten. Det blir en ganska seg smet med god vidh\u00e4ftningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga men segheten g\u00f6r att du hela tiden f\u00e5r en &#8221;str\u00e4ng&#8221; smet som h\u00e4nger undertill.
