L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got och pilla sedan ut det mjuka vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna.<\/li>\n<li>k\u00f6r vitl\u00f6ken med mixerstav till mos tillsammans med olivolja, det ska bli ett halvl\u00f6s mos, smaka av med balsamvin\u00e4ger och salt och nymald svartpeppar.<\/li>\n<li>k\u00e4rna ur tomaterna och sk\u00e4r tomatk\u00f6ttet i fina kuber, typ 5 mm. V\u00e4nd ner tomaterna i vitl\u00f6ksmoset och l\u00e5t det st\u00e5 medan du knapersteker pancettan.<\/li>\n<li>blanda b\u00f6norna med vitl\u00f6ksmoset och toppa med den knaperstekt pancettan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Njut med ett klas krispigt vitt vin eller kallt vatten och en br\u00f6dbit.
