Du beh\u00f6ver inte tills\u00e4tta mer fett p\u00e5 potatisen, rostbiffen kommer att sl\u00e4ppa ifr\u00e5n sig massor av fett.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6ppna p\u00e5sen och ta ut rostbiffen och l\u00e4gg den p\u00e5 potatisb\u00e4dden.<\/li>\n<li>Stek i mitten av ugnen ca 20 &#8211; 25 min, om rostbiffen ser ut att bli br\u00e4nd flytta ner ugnsformen eller t\u00e4ck den med ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/li>\n<li>Tag ut formen och kontrollera att innertemperaturen i lammrostbiffen \u00e4r l\u00e4mplig, runt 55\u00b0 f\u00f6r rosastekt tycker jag \u00e4r l\u00e4mpligt.
