Sk\u00f6r k\u00f6ttet grovt och salta auberginehalvorna och st\u00e4ll dem \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e4refter hackar l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken fint. Sk\u00e4r \u00a0svampen i cm-stora bitar, likas Butternutpumpan och s\u00f6tpotatisen och sist river du osten.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm upp en ganska vid kastrull p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme och s\u00e4tt i sm\u00f6rklicken, fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i sm\u00f6ret tills l\u00f6ken \u00e4r genomskinlig utan att den f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt auberginehacket, svampen, pumpan och s\u00f6tpotatisen och l\u00e5t det fr\u00e4sa med i ca 5 min, r\u00f6r om lite nu och d\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt timjan, chiliflakes och gr\u00e4dden och l\u00e5t gr\u00e4dden koka ihop till ungef\u00e4r h\u00e4lften av den \u00e5terst\u00e5r.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00f6lj av augerginehalvorna i kallt vatten och torka av dem.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt osten i gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00f6ran och l\u00e5t den sm\u00e4lta avsluta med persiljehacket. Blanda v\u00e4l och fyll halvorna med r\u00f6ran.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i unge 35-40 min tills auberginen \u00e4r mjuk och gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00f6ran har f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Att baka auberginen i ugnen p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper var ingen bra id\u00e9. N\u00e4r Auberginen \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig blir den lite ostyrig och sv\u00e5r att f\u00e5 upp ur ugnsblecket, pappret ville dessutom g\u00e4rna f\u00f6lja med.
