S\u00e5 r\u00f6r man ihop margarin ca 1 hg, socker efter behag och lite vanilj, l\u00e4gger en klick p\u00e5 varje trekant och formar en giffel. Ju tunnare den \u00e4r kavlad dess mer likt ett wienerbr\u00f6d blir resultatet. F\u00e5r j\u00e4sa 2 tim i rumsv\u00e4rme, men blir frasigare om de f\u00e5r st\u00e5 svalt 3-4 tim. Pensla med \u00e4gg och gr\u00e4ddas i het ugn. F\u00e5r svalna p\u00e5 galler och fryses ner. V\u00e4rms sedan i kastrull p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme medan kaffet kokas.
