Sm\u00e4lt 2 msk sm\u00f6r i en kastrull och l\u00e4gg i 3 msk mj\u00f6l och l\u00e5t det fr\u00e4sa en stund Sp\u00e4d med lite gr\u00e4dde och l\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka.<\/p>\n<p>Tag ut fil\u00e9erna ur ugnen och sp\u00f6d s\u00e5sen med det spad som bildats. Tag s\u00e5sen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner t \u00e4ggulor och 2-3 msk sm\u00f6r i sm\u00e5 klickar.<\/p>\n<p>Smaks\u00e4tt s\u00e5sen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ka ugnsv\u00e4rmen, helst endast \u00f6verv\u00e4rme.
