Det \u00e4r f\u00f6r det mesta viktigt att du l\u00e4ser hela receptet f\u00f6rst d\u00e5 hon inte alltid var helt konsekvent i nedtecknandet, men har du lite matlagningsbana f\u00f6rst\u00e5r du s\u00e4kert hur hon menade. Sockret, mj\u00f6let och mandeln (som sk\u00e5llats och malts) nedr\u00f6ras Utbredes till tv\u00e5 bottnar, som gr\u00e4ddas i svag ugnsv\u00e4rme i smord och br\u00f6ad form.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4m kokas av 100 gram socker, 1 dl gr\u00e4dde och fyra \u00e4ggulor. Blandningen f\u00e5r under visaningen sjuda till den tjocknar (det dr\u00f6jer ganska l\u00e4nge!!!). D\u00e5 ivispas 100 gram sm\u00f6r. kKr\u00e4men vispas till den svalnat. Bredes ut mellan bottnarna och ovanp\u00e5 t\u00e5rtan, som d\u00e4refter garneras alltefter tycke och smak.
