Torrosta moroten, l\u00f6ken och r\u00e4kskalen och sl\u00e5 sedan p\u00e5 f\u00f6rst vinet och n\u00e5gon minut senare\u00a0vatten s\u00e5 att det t\u00e4cker r\u00e4korna. L\u00e5t koka i ca 10 min, sila sedan ifr\u00e5n r\u00e4kskalen, diska ur pannan och sl\u00e5 tillbaka avkoket i din rengjorda kastrull.
