Likas\u00e5 \u00e4r det med fl\u00e4skl\u00e4ggen, men det kan ju kombineras och resultatet blir lysande.<\/p>\n<p>1 stor kastrull, 7-10 liter \u00e4r lagom<br \/>\n1 liten rimmad fl\u00e4skl\u00e4gg<br \/>\n1 stor gul l\u00f6k, finhackad<br \/>\n1 stor morot, skuren i millimeterstora kuber<br \/>\nopt. en stor solovitl\u00f6k, finhackad<br \/>\n1 kg torkade gula \u00e4rtor<br \/>\nkryddpeppar, hel<br \/>\nlagerblad<br \/>\nmejram<br \/>\ntimjan<br \/>\nvatten<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg \u00e4rtorna i minst 12 timmar<\/li>\n<li>Finhacka l\u00f6ken och sk\u00e4r moroten i pyttesm\u00e5 kuber, st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan<\/li>\n<li>Koka upp 3-4 liter vatten, sk\u00f6lj under tiden av fl\u00e4skl\u00e4ggen, l\u00e4gg l\u00e4ggen i din stora kastrull och sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 kokande vatten s\u00e5 att det t\u00e4cker l\u00e4ggen med lite r\u00e5ge p\u00e5 vattnet. L\u00e5t koka upp och skumma, sl\u00e5 sedan i l\u00f6ken, morots- och vitl\u00f6kshacket, lagerblad och kryddpepparkornen, du kan med f\u00f6rdel s\u00e4tta lagerblad och kryddpepparkornen i en liten p\u00e5se eller tekula s\u00e5 att de g\u00e5r att ta upp. L\u00e5t det sm\u00e5koka under lock i ungef\u00e4r en timme.<\/li>\n<li>Sl\u00e5 bort bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggningsvattnet fr\u00e5n \u00e4rtorna och l\u00e4gg ner \u00e4rtorna i fl\u00e4skl\u00e4ggkoket, nu kommer du att beh\u00f6va skumma en del igen. L\u00e5t allt sm\u00e5koka entimme p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n<li>Lyft upp fl\u00e4skl\u00e4ggen och skala av k\u00f6ttet fr\u00e5n benen och sk\u00e4r det i mindre \u00e4tstora bitar, l\u00e4gg till baka fl\u00e4sket i \u00e4rtkoket och r\u00f6r om, passa p\u00e5 att smaka av soppan om den har r\u00e4tt s\u00e4lta om inte salta en aning. L\u00e5t det hela puttra till \u00e4rtorna \u00e4r helt mjuka.
