Tv\u00e4tta en citron noga och riv skalet och pressa ut saften, vispa citronsaften med 4 msk olivolja och dra n\u00e5gra drag med pepparkvarnen, r\u00f6r ner det rivna skalet.<\/li>\n<li>h\u00e4ll marinaden \u00f6ver k\u00f6ttbitarna, se till att marinaden kommer \u00e5t \u00f6ver allt, l\u00e5t st\u00e5 \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt i ca 1 timme,\u00a0 v\u00e4nd kotletterna minst en g\u00e5ng.<\/li>\n<li>ta upp k\u00f6ttet och l\u00e5t det rinna av (spara marinaden) och hetta upp olivolja i en stor stekpanna. Stek kotletterna 2 min p\u00e5 varje sida ta upp dom och h\u00e5ll dom varma.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll marinaden i pannan och pressa saften ur den andra citronen \u00f6ver, koka upp. Tag pannan fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner sm\u00f6ret smaka av med salt och nymald peppar.
