Den var praktisk att ha med sig i skogen d\u00e5 den gick att \u00e4ta kall eller v\u00e4rmas i stekpannan tillsammans med\u00a0 att man stekte fl\u00e4sket. Jag har moderniserat potatiskakan \u00a0genom att dra ner p\u00e5 fett, sirap och bytt kryddningen mot vitl\u00f6k och rosmarin, kanske blev det lite nyttigare ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>1 lit potatismos eller pressad potatis<br \/>\nen knapp 1\/2 dl sirap (ljus)<br \/>\nf\u00e4rsk rosmarin<br \/>\nett par klyftor finhackad vitl\u00f6k<br \/>\n50 gr sm\u00f6r eller margarin<br \/>\n2 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n2 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 tsk salt<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>koka den skalade potatisen i l\u00e4tt saltat vatten och pressa den<\/li>\n<li>blanda ner \u00f6vriga ingredienser i den varma potatisen, det ska bli som en lite l\u00f6s gr\u00f6t (OBS r\u00f6r smeten s\u00e5 lite som m\u00f6jligt potatisosten kan bli seg annars)<\/li>\n<li>h\u00e4ll smeten i smord ungsfast form<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda ca 40 min i 200\u00b0, den ska bli ljusbrun p\u00e5 ytan och gyllengul inv\u00e4ndigt Serveras ljummen eller kall med r\u00e5r\u00f6rda lingon.
